How JewelryHubFinder works — what we publish, how we choose it, and what we will and won't accept from brands.

What we publish
JewelryHubFinder publishes buying guides, comparisons, brand overviews, and gift edits for fine jewelry. We don't carry inventory, take stock positions in brands we cover, or take payment for inclusion on any "best of" list. We do not publish AI-only content. Every guide is researched and written by a human editor.
Where we make a recommendation, it is one we've checked against real retail pricing, return policies, and reader feedback. Recommendations that fail any of those checks are removed — not edited to look better.
How we select what to recommend
Every recommended product meets three baseline criteria:
- Material transparency: the seller discloses karat, fineness, alloy, and (where relevant) stone certification.
- Returnable: the piece can be returned, unworn, within at least 30 days. Personalized items are flagged when they are final-sale.
- Verifiable seller: a physical address, contact channel, and at least 24 months of public review history.
For the detailed scoring methodology applied to each category, see how we review.
No fake reviews. No paid placements.
We do not publish synthetic reviews, AI-generated user testimonials, or invented quotes from buyers. We do not accept payment, gifts, or sponsorship in exchange for inclusion on a recommendation list, ranking position, or a positive write-up. Brands cannot buy their way onto our lists.
If a guide ever needs to disclose a special relationship (a brand sending a sample, for example), that disclosure is included visibly in the article — not buried in a footer.
Affiliate links and how we earn
Some outbound links on JewelryHubFinder are affiliate links. When a reader buys through one of these links, the site may earn a commission at no cost to the reader. Commission rates do not influence which products we recommend or how we rank them. We use the same scoring methodology whether a link is affiliated or not.
The site also offers a free product submission channel for independent jewelry sellers — see submit your product. Submission does not guarantee inclusion in a guide; every submission is reviewed manually against the same criteria as any other listing.
Accuracy, fact-checking, and corrections
Every guide is fact-checked against primary sources: GIA documentation for diamond grading, US-FTC guidance for hallmark and karat claims, brand-direct retail prices, and current return policies as published by sellers. We re-check pricing and policy claims at least quarterly.
If we publish an inaccuracy, we correct it on the page and note the correction visibly. To report a factual error, email the address on our contact page.
Privacy and data
We collect minimal analytics to understand which guides are useful. Cookie and tracking choices are governed by our cookie policy and privacy policy. We do not sell reader data.
